Indeed. It was a casting show to find goal keeper talents, I think

I didn’t know that! Well the reason why I asked because last night I had the weirdest dream that I was attending a craft class with Oliver Kahn, haha.

mikeyroarrr replied to your post: I wonder what Oliver Kahn is up to these days..

He’s a TV expert for a German channel and analyzes live games together with a host (mostly international games). Two or three years ago he almost became Schalke’s manager, by the way! I miss him so much as a player. Check out the fair play videos.

Thank you! I miss him so bad. Kahn is the best.

Reminder: Senrinomichi and Murakami's speech → mikeyroarrr.tumblr.com

mikeyroarrr:

Nine months have passed since a devastating earthquake and tsunami hit the northeastern Tōhoku region of Japan. The people struck by this disaster still need our help which is why I want to bring the Senrinomichi project back to your attention.

The main goal of Kevin and his team is to give as many people as possible access to the speech Haruki Murakami made upon receiving the Catalunya International Prize earlier this year. By now this speech has been translated to eleven languages (plus the original Japanese). Apart from that, Senrinomichi is dealing with the question “how can I help?” and provides information on several ways how everyone of you can do something.

As a person who utterly & deeply loves this country and its people I’m asking you Murakami fans to do me a favor by taking a look at this site. Go and read Murakami’s speech and it may inspire you.

“May your coming year be filled with magic and dreams and good madness. I hope you read some fine books and kiss someone who thinks you’re wonderful, and don’t forget to make some art — write or draw or build or sing or live as only you can. And I hope, somewhere in the next year, you surprise yourself.” —

Neil Gaiman.

Dream dangerously, everyone.
